Learn how to decompress and build a new, more peaceful relationship with not knowing or being able to control what the future holds.

Anxiety Therapy

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

OCD, contrary to common representations, doesn’t just look like excessive handwashing or being very concerned about tidyness. Obsessions and their accompanying compulsions can be both visible and invisible to others, and can take over our lives. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in conjunction with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you regain your sense of agency and power over the “…but what if?” question that has you trapped.

Relationships can be hard sometimes! Communicating effectively, working with each partner’s quirks, healing from painful mistakes, and meeting the needs of those we love can be daunting. I’m here to help you through these challenging areas. I have Level 1 and Level 2 training from the Gottman Institute and utilize those skills and interventions to help you reconnect with each other.

Relationship Challenges

Trauma/PTSD

Sometimes memories of traumatic experiences continue to haunt us, long after the events have passed. Whether those experiences were singular events or repeated occurrences over a stretch of time, trauma can negatively impact our lives in big and small ways. I work with clients to help them process those memories and experiences so that they are no longer detracting from the present. I utilize principles of exposure therapy - Written Exposure Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy - to help clients move forward with their lives.
